Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions Page, where I will answer questions that nobody has every asked me before because at the time that I was making this, my website had never been seen by anyone, ever.

I assume I will update this someday in the future if people do indeed ask me questions.

For now, I present to you some questions that I imagine people might ask me and the answers to those questions. 

You can ask me questions, too, if you like.

  • In a small town close to the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, Canada!

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 2-5 business days of when your order was placed. I pack and ship all orders myself, so processing time may be a bit longer around a sale or the holiday season - but I do my best to keep things moving quickly!

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way! If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder—it may be hiding in there!

    • Canada: 5-8 business days

    • USA: 5-14 business days

    • International: 5-21 business days

  • Honestly? It’s just super pricey! But if you’d prefer tracked shipping, I’m happy to get a quote for you. Shoot me an email with your order details and mailing address, and I’ll look into it right away!

  • Ahh! I’m so sorry about that. Please email me at becky@redheadpretender.com with your name and order number, and I’ll get it sorted for you. If I have the right items in stock, I can replace lost or damaged packages right away.

  • Phew! Great question! I’m not taking on commissions at the moment, but I am open to hearing about your idea if you reaaaaally wanna talk with me about it, haha.

Some Other Important Things

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping times vary by location.

  • Tracking will not be provided unless specifically requested by the purchaser via email upon placing the order.

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue

  • I will arrange a replacement or refund

Disputes & Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me first so I can help resolve it. Most issues can be fixed quickly and fairly without needing to involve your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Physical Products

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom / Commissioned Work

  • Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

  • After work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Digital Products

  • Digital downloads cannot be cancelled or refunded once delivered.

Return Policy

I want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review the policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
